Customer Support Engineer


We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team!


  • Responsible for supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services.
  •  24*7 availability to support in-house and client infrastructure.
  • Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for (Oracle/HP/Dell/Huawei/Hitachi) storage & systems.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support. 
  •  Complete all project documentation time and submit it to the manager. 
  • Oracle, IBM, Huawei Servers, and storage deployment and support.
  • Oracle Engineered Machines (Exadata, PCA, Oracle Database Appliance, Exalogic) Support to customers.
  •  Oracle Linux/Solaris I Unix support to customers.
  •  Complete time logs in the helpdesk after completing tasks to ensure accurate- and timely time tracking, project management, and record.

Experience & Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in support services.
  • Oracle, IBM, Huawei servers' knowledge.
  •  Oracle IBM & Huawei storages knowledge.

  • Engineered system (Exadata, PCA, Exalogic) knowledge.

  • Skills related to Oracle Linux, Solaris, Red Hat Linux, SUSE Linux. 

  • Virtualization OVS OVM/KVM ​ skills.

Education / Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or higher in related filed.
