We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services.
- 24*7 availability to support in-house and client infrastructure.
- Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for (Oracle/HP/Dell/Huawei/Hitachi) storage & systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.
- Complete all project documentation time and submit it to the manager.
- Oracle, IBM, Huawei Servers, and storage deployment and support.
- Oracle Engineered Machines (Exadata, PCA, Oracle Database Appliance, Exalogic) Support to customers.
- Oracle Linux/Solaris I Unix support to customers.
- Complete time logs in the helpdesk after completing tasks to ensure accurate- and timely time tracking, project management, and record.
Experience & Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in support services.
- Oracle, IBM, Huawei servers' knowledge.
Oracle IBM & Huawei storages knowledge.
Engineered system (Exadata, PCA, Exalogic) knowledge.
Skills related to Oracle Linux, Solaris, Red Hat Linux, SUSE Linux.
Virtualization OVS OVM/KVM skills.
Education / Certification
- Bachelor's degree in CS or higher in related filed.
