Senior Manager Sales


We are looking for self-driven and motivated Senior Manager Sales to join our team.


  • Identify new key accounts and promoting sales of the company's product to these accounts. 
  • Develop and cultivate sales leads within the assigned accounts through interaction or through organizing meetings with senior management of targeted accounts.
  •  Function as main point of contact and integration point for multiple functional groups from Key Accounts. 
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to maintain maximum level of customer satisfaction. 
  •  Work with sales management to develop "target accounts" identified within the territory and document progress through account management strategies. 
  • Communicate sales proposals to customers through meetings/tender submission.
  •  Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  •  Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 8 to 9 years of IT sales experience of the enterprise IT product portfolio.
  • Handling of public sector customers.
  • Experience of tendering process/PPRA rules. 
  • Cross platform knowledge of enterprise class products like IBM, Oracle, Huawei, Dell/EMC, VMware, Microsoft, VEAM, Lenovo, H3C, VERITAS, Symantec, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Sophos etc. 
  •  Pre working on RFP’s.
  • Relationship with customer decision makers including technical and sourcing teams. 


  • Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Marketing/Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering/Software Engineering.
